Shaping the future

The School of Dentistry needs your help in creating a vision of the school in 2018 and a strategic plan to achieve it.  Together, we need to systematically determine where to put our energy, resources and attention.

Making a difference

The planning effort will be vision-focused, beginning with the end in mind.  We will use an inclusive, systems approach, involving all of the stakeholders in the process.  We will recognize and plan for organizational interrelationships and interdependencies.

Making it real

Trends in and around the field point to real changes, some already in effect and others that are emerging.  Change is not optional — the choice is focused, planned change versus chaotic, reactionary change.
